When will my order be processed?

Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may need to pay customs duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. Our local delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours for all regions.

With our CASH ON DELIVERY SYSTEM, you only cancel upon receiving the product. You can pay with Cash or Bank Transfers.
If you do not have stock in your region, your order will still be attended to, but sent by a Mail Service of your choice with advance payment through the page.
